Is this clown okay?

Hi reefers,

I'm putting my first two fish through quarantine and while they both act happy and healthy, one of them does have a black marking which doesn't quite match the rest of him. Is this something to worry about or just his regular coloring?

Thanks! I've seen in some other thread the risk of a bacterial infection showing up in a similar way, but I simply have no clue..
