Is this coral %100 Dead?

is this coral dying or already dead? Can I save it or should I toss it? Tank parameters will be posted in a few mins! Also, tell me if anything else is wrong on my FTS. I know about the algae since I bougj water from a LFS and they didn’t give me RO water and screwed me with high silicate water. Full RO tank too, 100gal. Thanks!

There is no picture showing? Regardless, any coral that has tissue left can be saved, but it can be hard to do.
