Is this coral dead???

Maybe. I'm seeing a devil's hand.
I owe you a debt of gratitude. It's been driving me nuts for hours! Devils hand was on the tip of my tongue, but I couldn't quite get there. Thank you :D

Lower light intensity and all of mine like higher flow. Also blow it off with a turkey baster. Sometimes when it wants to shed, the layer in filmy. Baster will help loosen it up.
Devils hand are moody but great when bloomed.

Yea if thats a softie then +1 on more nutrients lower light, I had a toadstool do the same and it fully recovered and then some. It looked like an SPS at first glance; if it is and you revive it please tell us your ways in the art of black voodoo reef magic.

I was having a hard time telling what it was as well lol
Its some sort of leather coral and its suppose to be light green atleast what the stor owner told me. I bought it pretty cheap 595kr about 65dollars. I dont know what i was thinking i should known better [emoji28]

Yes, because while the dip gets rid of the red bugs, you may still have eggs. You can either risk it and put them in the tank, or find a way to quarantine them.
Edit: Red bugs don't lay eggs, my bad ;)

They dont. Typically die off in 3-5 days without a host as well. Can a friend or local store foster them for week?

The store owner told me it was suppos to get a bit greener when i get home. But it looks verry white is it dead or dying ? What can i do? Pls help

The one thing to pay a bit of attention to (assuming this is a soft coral leather) - is that if it is dying - it will release lots of toxins that can damage kill other things in your tank. Make sure you have some carbon running. Has it ever extended its polyps while you've had it? were the polyps extended in the store. If it is a leather coral - I would think high flow would be better than low flow. Perhaps a little less light as people have suggested.

Another idea - though its best not to expose leathers to air (so they say) if you lift it a slight bit out of the water does it smell bad? If thats the case - its probably dead. it will foul the rest of your tank as the skeleton can sit like that for quite a while while the insides decompose.

If it is dying you will see black patches and it will go limp. That doesn't appear to be the case here.

Sometimes they'll disintegrate too. Basically just turning to chalk.
