Is this coral unhealthy?

This piece of toadstool leather coral looks different than the rest of the toadstools I have in the tank and also I shoved in between two rocks because it keeps being lifted by the reef no mater what I do. Is the coral unhealthy due to its position between to rocks on the sand bed with no rubble or rock under it? It's also has spots of white and seems to be shedding.
