Is this coraline algae or diatoms?

So I have a 55 gallon running been up and going for almost four months was just curious what this is. I started the tank with about 60 pounds of dry rock completely white and 1.5 pounds of live rock covered in coraline algae to introduce it to the new tank. Had the diatom stage about a month ago everything was brown then disappeared after a while I circled a spot of red on one pic anyone know what that is? And all the green on the rock not sure what it is.

Looks like red cyano to me. Flush that area with a turkey baster and see if it blows off.

Sorry for the late reply but it blew off with a turkey baster. So what is cyano? And is it bad?

Cyano is a bacteria. It is everywhere. It can be a problem if you let it take over and start growing on your corals. The best thing I found is to make sure there is good flow where it wants to grow. It hates flow. It loves light. As your corals grow, they will block the light it needs and it will go away. For now you can suck it out with water changes or blow it off the rocks each day. I would avoid throwing a bunch of chemicals in the tank to get rid of it because you never know what the end result will be.
