Are you taking about these spots? Looks like it.. hard to see the exact color in the lighting of the photo. But it looks like it matches to color on the snail shell. If you can’t blow or rub it off easy, I’d say it is.

IME coraline starts as dots and grow circular until it really takes hold and spreads. It's hard to tell from that photo but it could be. If it doesn't blow off or scratch off easily then Ureka, you have coraline!

You need a source for coralline so if that is all dead/dry rock there’s no way it could be introduced unless you added frags or snails that had some on their shells.
