I’ve been a lurker for a while, thanks for all the help. Tank is 4 months old, I’d be surprised if this was orange coralline. Any ideas?

They're common with newer tanks and will eventually go away. Here is some more information on them: https://reefstable.com/solutions/algae/diatoms Watch for long strings (an inch or so) with a bubble at the top. If that happens, then it's dinos and needs different treatment.
