Are you talking about the green tint on your rocks? From the look of the rocks in your pic, it seems your tank might be fairly new. If so, your tank will be going through a succession of different types of algae. Just keep good husbandry and it will work itself out in time.

...or are you referring to the purple spots on the central snail's shell?
My FOWLR has no coralline algae on the rocks, but a few of my larger (1") snails have coralline algae growing on their shells.

Only time and stability of tank parameters will tell for sure, but it should be able to seed the tank and grow over your rocks once your parameters are proper and stable. I also added a bottle of Purple Helix coralline algae to help seed it, but this was mainly because I prematurely ordered the bottle before setting up my reef upgrade and then realized it had a fairly short expiration date since it is a living culture. The bottle says to wait for 8 weeks for results, so it takes time for coralline algae to grow.

At this point, my rocks are still bare of coralline algae, but my current setup is a FOWLR and I do not watch coral (and coralline algae) parameters very closely. I have only had the tank for about 10 weeks.
