Is this Cyano , Dinos or diatom? Please help.

I’ve been battling this in my tank for about 2 weeks now. It’s brownish in color and disappears at night and reappears when I lights come on. I’ve never been able to tell the difference between the three

ive been battling this for about two weeks now. However I’m not sure which of the three it is so I can created a plan of action. It’s brown and color, it can be easily blown off and goes away at night to only return the next day when the lights come on. It seems the past few daysit’s become slightly better because I no longer see it on the sand bed. But my corals have suffer drastically no more PE and colors have faded. All parameters are within normal range . No drastic swings and I haven’t don’t anything different to my knowledge. Any help would be appreciated.

Chances are with the light response - Dino
Here is full program:
Prepare by starting with a water change and blow this stuff loose with a turkey baster and siphon up loose particles.
Turn lights off (at least white and run blue at 10-15%) for 5 days and at night dose 1ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for all 5 nights. If you dont have light dependent coral- turn all lights off.
During the day dose 1ml of liquid bacteria (such as bacter 7) per 10 gallons.
Clean filters daily and DO NOT FEED CORAL FOODS OR ADD NOPOX as it is food for dinos.
Day 5,, you can start with blue lights - ramping up and work your white lights up slowly
