Is this cyano?

Over the past couple days I've started to notice a brownish slime covering my Blue Summit Monti. I have not seen this anywhere else in my tank. Here are some detailed macro shots:

Yep, remove your frag if easy to do so and blow/rinse cyano off. Then begin examining water parameters, flow, etc. Lot of advice on this forum as to how to manage it.

I was able to siphon all of it off while still in the tank using Julian's Thing.

As for water parameters, I check most things daily, except for Mag:

Temp: 78 F
Salinity: 1.026
Alk: 8.6 dKH
Calcium: 420 ppm
Nitrate: 4 ppm
Phosphate: 0.06 ppm
Mag: 1350 ppm
 
Please post that pic in the POTM thread. Might as well have some fun with cyano.
 
It looks much better today after yesterday's cleaning. I also increased the flow so hopefully the cyano won't come back.
