Is this cyano?

Only appears on rocks. [

I said yes because it looks exactly like cyano. It can grow just on rocks, or even one rock. This may be due to low flow in that area, detritus on that rock, etc. I could be wrong of course!
 
Looks similar to cyano, but very hard to tell without some more white in that pic.

And yes it's very possible to get just cyano on one rock. I have one spot in my tank that cyano loves, and it's the only spot in my tank that cyano grows.

Here’s a top down pic of a diff rock. I had another group say it was diatoms. Thoughts?
 
Diatoms typically stick to your sandbed(they loves silicates which your sandbed serves up). That certainly looks like cyano. Can you peel it off like a mat? IS it slimy to the touch and easily pushed off the rock? If you can answer yes, its certainly cynao.

Suck it out, and increase flow to that area. This typically solves it for me.

It’s a little slick, but does not easily peel off the rock whatsoever
