Is this cyano?

I think this is cyano but really don’t know. There is red/brown stuff all over that was not there yesterday.

Is it on the sand bed and in low flow areas? Cyano will usually start on the sand bed and low flow areas first.
 
Does it blow off easily, if so then it could be cyano.
 
It looks a bit like dinoflagellates, what’s your current parameters
 
parameters are
Ammonia -0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 5
Phos - .51
Calcium - 500
Alk - 9.6
Mag - 1230
Salinity - 1.025
PH - 8.45

they all seem fine, is the strands fixed to the rockwork? To they come out easy if blown with a turkey blaster?
