This is a small frag tank I added to the DT. DT doesn’t have any signs of this, just in the frag tank. Not sure if it’s Cyano or something else.

Cleaned it off the rocks yesterday during a wc and back immediately today.

I see Red Planeria unfortunately.

Thanks no idea what they were. Makes sense why I do t see these in the DT with the number of wrasses I have in there.

Since this is a frag tank, would a good cleaning and dip in CoraL rx help? Would need to dip the entire rock as well.

You are going to have to manually remove as many as you can, siphon them out. Research Flatworm treatment or removal.
You can add a fish like a wrasse type, I have had luck with yellow tail damsels.

You can try Flatworm Exit, remember though that when Flatworms die they release a toxin that can crash a system.

There really is no easy fix. There are many more Flatworms than you can see.

thanks started the research, going to figure out a plan and go from there. I would ultimately like to not use any chemicals, but at least I can buy some time by siphoning these things out in the meantime.
