Is this cyano?

13th day of cycling this tank with live rock. Ammonia at 0.5, nitrites ?, nitrates at 0. However, nitrates were 20ppm about a week or so ago. I have been doing some research, and is it possible that my tank is almost fully cycled? Additionally is this cyano, and if so should I do anything bout it, or just leave it be? Thanks

Definitely not cyano and that’s probably just diatoms and part of the cycle

That’s diatoms. Just part of the early stage uglies.
