Is this cyano?

So it’s only in my fuge. Really only on my chaeto. I saw a little in a corner on the sand bed. But is it cyano? Or something else?

It's never lasted in my tank and therefore I wouldn't worry about it. Other people say it spreads and would likely throw your cheato away (which is also a common source apparently).
