Is this cyano?

I have done what feels like everything I can to control it and now I’m just wondering if it is even cyano at all. Sometimes it appears much more red & removes easily. I just completely drained my tank, cleaned all equipment, live rock, replaced sand, and rehomed my livestock to another tank for this process. I bought water from my lfs to hopefully rid of it for good. One week later and it’s back again. I’ve been battling it for months now and am at a loss for words.

If it tends to be more red on occasion I'm thinking yes, cyano.
