bEGINNING OF CYANO - YES
Siphon it up, reduce your white lighting as its very bright, reduce amount of food fed and monitor your phosphate levels and increase wATER flow towards the sand bed without blowing the sand around.
If it gets out of hand at some point, ChemiClean works well to eradicate it.

What are you dosing to the aquarium?

It certainly looks like Cyano. In my experience, microscope examination is the only reliable way to know for sure.

If it gets thicker and can be rolled up like a mat for removal, that can be a good indication that it is.

Please be careful with Chemiclean. I understand that it depletes oxygen levels and can create other problems.

Read the instructions carefully and have replacement water available for a water change upon completion of treatment.

It appears to be nothing in the aquarium
