Is this Diatom or Dino?

Revived an old tank at the end of March,2020, only had the sand and the live rocks inside with 3 fish, in 3 weeks did crazy amount of water changes to bring down my nitrate to 10 from 150 plus,

water parameters been stable since April/13 to this day. I have a ro Buddie+di setup that gives me 0tds
Not sure if it removes silica, if anyone knows let me know

my current parameters
No3-6, po4 0.06, calc 420, alk 11, ph 8.3, 1.025 salinity,

nyos for no3 test, Hana phosphate Ulr for po4 test, rest is API

I want to add, I started to dose vodka 6 days ago at a very low levels, I guess I wanted experiment it but I don’t think I’ll continue. Since I read that it can amplifie All sorts of bacteria grow, besides the kind that fights nitrate and phosphates

I have coralline growing, along with these brown hair algae don’t know what they are! Is it Dino or Diatoms? Also, even though my tank has been sitting without any attention no Wc, only been running on skimming, can it go through a cycle after that many water changes I recently did?

I run gfo,activated carbon, filter floss,
and a all in one skimmer that came with Red Sea E-170

Difficult to tell from these pictures. There might be multiple organisms growing on the rock.

green looks like green cyano. i can't find any dino on the sand. keep manual cleaning and water change. fix UV if available.
