Is this Diatoms or other?

2 month old 55 gal tank. Just wanting to get some input on if this is Diatom or not so I can stop my worries lol. I know a new tank will go through Diatom stage. Here are some pics. First few are tank under schedule lights. The rest are cool white and green so you can see the REAL UGLY color. I didnt even notice all the green popping up until I put on the white lights! Is this normal as well? Sorry for all the posts, just trying to get all the knowledge I can. Thanks!
