Relax!
Just a early stage of diatoms.
Question though, how are you cycling your tank as I can't find that any where in your post, lights on it off, bac dosing, the shrimp way, skimmer on or off?

Started with cocktail shrimp, removed it when ammonia was 2ppm. Then Started using Seachem Stability for 7 days. Ghost fed every other day. Lights were on till spots started showing up. Then off a few days. Had them back on today. No skimmer.
What did you ghost feed with?
How stable is your Po4 and No3 ontbe moment?
No livestock yet right?
Yesterday Ammonia was 0, Nitrite 2ppm, Nitrate 40ppm. Ive read not to do water changes till cycle is complete but how much Nitrate is too high? I have not tested Phosphate. Will have to get a test kit for that. Any recommendations? Ghost fed with New Life Spectrum Pellets. No live stock.

I have API kits right now.
