Looks like it. If you’re using RODI or distilled water then it’s just part of the ugly phase and it will in time if you’re diligent with your nutrients. If you are using tap water, it likely has a source of silicates which diatoms feed upon. If you are using tap water, get yourself an RODI or some jugs of Walmart great value distilled water.

Yeah I have a RODI system with a Resin cart so I ruled that out

Your tank is brand new. Those rocks will change to almost every color of the rainbow. None of it is an emergency. Manage parameters, bolster CuC and remove what you can by hand. That's all there is to algae management.

Yes that is diatoms. It is very normal in new tanks. Get some astrea snails. It will go away on its own as tank matures.

This was my tank when I had diatoms. They went away and were replaced with hair algae. Now my tank seem to be doing good.

Playing the waiting game with diotoms as well. Looks worse than it is. Water changes and wait. Don’t chase it with chemicals. Snails help if you want to get some

Yea diatoms. Don’t worry but it will get much worse. Nothing needs to be done, it solves by itself.
