Is this Dino’s?

Is this Dino’s? I’m on my second bottle of Dino x along with many other attempts with no luck. I’ve tried raising nutrients, dosing bacteria, blackout. Parma’s are 1.025 salinity, nitrates 20, phosphates are reading 0 salifert. Mag is 1330, temp 78. Thought it was Dino’s but been battling this for months now. Shrooms are all closed up and have been for weeks. I have lost a lot of my sps but have some still thriving in tank now. Tank is 1 1/2 years old. Thanks in advance!

Just done a water change yesterday why yanks looks halfway clean.
