Is this dino, cyano or another issue?

I've been struggling with this and just purchased a cheap microscope to record video footage in hopes to get some help on what this is. Sorry I had a hard time getting the recording perfect with my phone looking through the microscope. Hope this is good enough.

certainly not cyano. likely dino, but being more specific isn't possible from the video.
