IS THIS DINOS?!?!

My tank is 3 months old. I didn’t think it was diatoms because I just eradicate them about a month ago. I have seen some air bubble but they are few and far between. It could be though. Do diatoms produce air bubbles sometimes?

I was thinking diatoms as well. It's pretty sparse and I don't see any mat or strings, which would suggest dinos.
Scattered oxygen bubbles are common in healthy tanks and don't necessarily mean dinos.
Many photosynthesizing algae will produce bubbles, especially fast growing ones.
You can actually watch bubbles form in real time with fast growing caulerpa, for example.
Here's another pic of what a severe dino infestation looks like:

The best way to be sure is to put a sample under a microscope.
You can buy very inexpensive microscopes on Amazon for example, that will do the job.
Here's what a common dino species, ostreopsis, looks like under the scope:
