Looks more like cyano.

Cyano....but I was just reading some of the stickies on Dino's, and found this post really helpful for confirming cyano vs dino: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/d...ttling-altogether.293318/page-50#post-4043274

cyano or spirulina. If you don't have a microscope, take a good portion of the mat and put in 1 cup of tank water, add 20Ml of H2O2 (no stirring or aeration) wait 24 hours and let us know if it changes color to green.
