Osteosomething or other. lol forget the exact name now. Easy one to clean up though.

Get some nutrients in the water to out compete it, and get a UV running.
 
Looks like them to me.
Hydrogen Peroxide at 3% with 1ml per 10g after lights out, 6 nights along with bottle bacteria at same rate in the morning just before lights on.
Dino-X works about the same.
Check to ensure either nutrient has bottomed out.
UV them.

Whats a good UV? Weird ? how do I add nutrients?

It is not Ostreopsis for sure

Chrysophyte that surely looks like what I have. How do I deal with that?
 
Looks like some kind of phyto. Too small to be osteopsis dino (using the strand if hair algae as point of reference). Got a more zoomed pic? Or a tank shot?
