I’m running UV sterilization so it hasn’t gone crazy but I have low phosphates whenever I test, and nitrates are always lowish

Realize that with dino, a blackout and UV can be effective however UV will address what passes through the unit and bulb and what is free floating. You have to address the remaining manually.
Can you post pics under white lighting for confirmation of what you have?
