Is this Duncan Okay?

Normally, this duncan is happy, healthy, and pink in the middle and underside. Lately, it has been sprouting new heads and looking like it is undergoing stress. (It has been bent to the side exposing the new heads all day)
Today, it is entirely green. I assume this is all part of the growth process, but I just wanted to be sure.

There are 4-5 buds popping up around the neck here:

As long as it's expanding daily I would not be concerned. Duncans can be weird, the are the canary in my tank, if something is off chemistry wise the Duncan is always the first one to show it.

So sorry it took me so long to get back. All was well when I came back from work hours later. Getting bigger each day, indeed!
