Is this feathery brown thing Bryopsis??

Sorry this photo isn’t great. It’s not black but light brown, feathery. I found one on the glass a day ago and tried to snag it with long tweezers. It flew away in the current. So that’s great….. now today I find two on the glass…

What is this?? Thanks for your thoughts and help!!

I found one on the sand bed and pulled it out…. It’s green under white LEDs
