Is this flatforms?

Just noticed I have some on my glass. Originally I thought it was pods, but looking closer, they don't seem to move like pods and more like a work (slithering) Can someone confirm please? Also, are they bad for the tank?

Those look like flatworms. Most likely bad but I'm not an expert.

anyone else able to confirm? If it's flatworms, I can pick up flatworm exit tomorrow.

Tiny Flatworms

Welp, looks like I have flatworms. Typical brownish redish kind that we all seem to be familiar with. I've had them before in previous tanks. Except this time, they are TINY, I mean seriously you can barely even see them on the rock, but DEFINITELY brown flatworms. My current tank is a nano...
