this looks fine, some sps have extreme polyp extension and others don't, you'll know if it's healthy once it starts to encrust/grow

That looks perfectly healthy - I don’t trust PE as a sign of health, corals that are in the wild and perfectly healthy don’t have PE in the day and sometimes don’t even show it at night. This is due to them knowing predators are constantly around them like corallivorous butterflies.
