In a 40 breeder. I’ve been fighting this for months. I manually remove as much as I can and it keeps coming back. Tank is 8 months

The last two photos look like hair algae to me.

Is there a preferred way to treat this? it Just keeps coming back and my nutrients have been lower than I'm comfortable with for a while. I was thinking of getting some emerald crabs but dont want them to eat my zoas or fight my pom pom crab.
