Is this gha or something else?

So I found some of this in my sump. Now, my fuge has 2 sections, one with chaeto and the other with red ogo. It's only on the side with the chaeto that this stuff is growing. None in my display. The texture is very fine almost silky and all that I have found seems to be long as shown in the picture there's no real turf like appearance anywhere, just these long tufts. I just want to know what this stuff is...

Looks like gha to me.

Also looks like maybe some cyano(the red spots) mixed in.
