it doesn't look like GHA to me. I don't think its anything sinister-maybe some sort of microalgae? it seems like it's pretty easy to remove. Its weird cuz it looks kind of like moss or a tiny bush with a stem. If it isn't growing on and killing corals, just keep taking out as much as you can; it'll probably go away in time.
