Hi

my tank is 5 months old. I noticed some algae a few weeks ago and not sure what it is.

nothing seems to want to touch it and this morning I noticed little pockets of it appearing elsewhere

CUC includesAstra Snails, various hermit crabs and I also recently added a Lawn Mower Blenny into the tank (Under a week a go)

No3 - 12ppm
Po4 - 0.08ppm
Alk - 9.2 dkh
Ph - 8.0

is it just new tank syndrome and hopefully clear up on its own. Currently doing 2 x 10 % water changes weekly

pick it off...feed less...Ugly algea stages last about a year. Black fresh water mollies love it.
