Is this glue toxic?

Hey guys just wondering if its ok to use this specific type of underwater glue to bind some rocks together in my tank.

The back says it contains methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl acetone, and acetone. Sounds scary but its the only glue i have at the moment so i thought it was worth checking.

Not sure if it's toxic but it's made for SMOOTH PLASTICS. Doubtful it would really hold porous heavy rock together.
When in doubt, leave it out.
