Looks like a species of Caulerpa, such as Caulerpa webbiana (does not appear in the marine trade, here in the states), which can be found in the Persian Gulf (as you are located in the UAE, this seems like a pretty good fit). Care information on the similar-looking Caulerpa obscura can be found here:
