Is this good or bad

I bout a live rock for coralline since 3 months now I've noticed two growth on it never been there I think one is anemone not sure about the other can any one help if they are good or bad remove or not thanks

If I had to guess I would say Duncan or Blasto. Blow some water at it and see if the unknown retracts into a skeletal structure.
