Is this good or bad?

Hello! I'm six months in on my new reef tank. Today I noticed the thing in the picture. Over the months I did notice something didn't seem right next to the Zoas. I just brushed it off as just part of the rock and it wasn't this big. It is twice the size. I bought movement out the corner of my eye and it made me take a closer look. Please help me itdetify it.

Maybe it is a tunicate of some sort?
