Is this green coralline algae?

I have this all over my rocks. It’s green and no hair or anything. Just turn my rocks green. I did notice areas that have been cleaned up probably by a snail. Any idea what type this is. There is nothing coming from it and it looks like it’s painted on my rocks.

may be bacterial. To find out- using a turkey baster, hit it with gentle blasts. Coraline will stay, bacterial will blow away loose

Def doesn’t blow away when I hit it with a baster. Tank has been running for about 4 months.

Only thing that moves is the tons of pods all over the rocks.
