got this frag but it dosent look anything like my other gsp but it is growing rather quickly

Yea. I think it is. Mine was short , in one spot , it's gotten quite long.

Is there a long tentacle GSP?
My LFS tagged some of them like that and it has very long tentacle.
The GSP I have in my tank also look short tentacles.

Its flow. I have gsp from the same frag. It's short inone spot, long in the other.

I hear that it will spread to all rocks and impossible to get off. Any truth?

Yes.
That long patch of mine actually died when the tank was young.

About a year.
That rock will come off easily.

Here is a pic of mine. That's about 2 months of growth from a small frag I scored as a freebie from ASD. I was told it's the branching GSP or Briareum. Overall it branches and encrusts. I have it isolated to a rock and I will start trimming it back and giving away the branches I make frags of.
