Is this guy dying ?

Hi folks.
I have shroom around 3 months now ,but this start since last month . This is only one shroom, only one coral what acting like this. How can I save this little guy ?

My parameters:
Salinity : 0.0025
No2: 0
No3: 10
Kh: 8.3
Phos: 0.1
Ammonia : 0
25°C

Could be. Maybe its getting too much flow or light. Maybe do a full tank shot and circle where the mushroom is?

Your other corals look good, doesnt seem to be an issue with lighting. But they do best in minimum flow.

So. What can I do ? I think it will be impossible to remove it from rockwork.
