Pics fuzzy and cut off but from looks of his tail, he is subject to heavy aggression from another clown or tank mate

I think they are talking about the anemone in the middle but again its hard to tell anything from the image.

If you can't get a better picture, more details about the anemone would be helpful. Is it supposed to be a bubble tip? When did you get it? What was the color variation supposed to be? This may help people identify whether the mouth should be white or not.

I went on a regular screen and see anemone now
While it doesn’t look bad, mid to lower third of tank is best under moderate light and water flow
Too much light , they hide or shrivel and too much flow, they move and also hide
Too little flow and they head for the power head and end up in it
In other words, create a balance with light and flow and feed mysis shrimp 2x per week

Assuming you are talking about the anemone and that it's a bubbletip anemone, they do have white lines around their mouths. You can't see literally anything useful in the picture. So either a better pic or description of what you're asking about would be needed to help.

I know the pic is awful, apologies it’s just that he’s in a really awkward place I will try to get a better pic and attach to the post when I’ve got it.

He’s a green bubble tip anemone that I’ve had for about 2 months

Can you easily see the nem from a top down view?

If so, you may be able to take a top down shot with all flow off, or use a glass pyrex dish (or similar clear item, even a clear glass cup with a clear bottom can work) to take a picture with the bowl/cup/dish just slightly submerged, but the rim above the water.

Doing this will help get a clear pic of the nem and possibly let us see it and the mouth to be able to assist you.

I will give it a go thanks!

Anemone

I haven’t tried feeding it solid food before , but I will order some and try
Yes- just place on top of tentacles and they will draw food in and digest it

Shrimp and a fine cheese grater is cheap and good for all your inhabitants. Nems love fresh shrimp.
Aha, can’t find shrimp on Amazon for next day, would reef roids work for nems and softies aswell as LPS or is it just made for LPS ?
All pellets that I can find say they’re for lps

Shrimp from the grocery store. I also feed the usual frozen stuff but shrimp or scallops work great and you have better portion control. A pound of shrimp for 10 bucks goes a long way.
