It was doing bad on top so I thought maybe the light was messing with it now I have it half under a rock and half exposed near a frag is this ok?

The new kessil it cost a lot I keep it mainly blue at medium intensity bc this thing can get bright

Like 3 days he kept opening then going down bad like to the Skelton so I got worried but but I have a branching coral all the way up thriving ….and this coral was under the same kessil light from the shop I bought it from

I just fed it copepods n it went insane so that’s gotta be a good sign it loved it
