Is this HLLE?

I noticed today the dorsal fin on my yellow tang appears to be ripped. I also noticed white around the eyes. Is this HLLE? Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I agree with the above, poster. Looks like HLLE. Another key thing that HLLE is the Line going from head to tail hence the name of the condition Head and Lateral Line Erosion Disease
