Ive used this for sump application and is safe to use

I would just be cautious incase they contain plasticizers which can cause issues.

This tubing is actually for my water change station to pump water to my tanks. I just can't decide if this will be too soft and kink on the bends.

It's not too soft at all. It is pretty stiff actually.

It's braided so it's going to be so stiff it'll be a challenge to coil up. Good quality unbraided tubing with thick walls is pretty kink-resistant while still being flexible enough to coil.
