Is this Ich, Lympho, Velvet????

Not sure what happen to my first post .. anyways I woke up this morning with white stuff on my PB Tang. I think it's a result of getting stressed maybe. I had the return pump of for cleaning last night and the power heads malfunction. So the tank was stagent water all night. Someone mentioned they thought it was Velvet, but it's only on the one side of him, and actually looks like there are less spots on him now then when the photks below we're take. So, I don't think its spreading like Velvet would do??? Been trying to get him out into QT, but so far he is not coroporating. The pic below was taken this morning.

I don’t think that’s velvet but I’m not sure about lympho either. I think I would do a 5 min FW dip on him.
Have you added anything wet to your tank lately?

Haven't added anything new to my tank in a couple months except coral nutrients of course. All my fish were QT before entering the tank and I have a nice big UV sterilizer on the tank as well.

I guess it could be the start of lympho but it looks off to me for lympho.
Let’s see if we can get another opinion.

Either uronema or crypto from what it appears.

Some cures are as mentioned on freshwater dip.
Treatment of the affected fish usually involves some or all of the following procedures:

Freshwater dips dosed with methylene blue plus formalin, Lowering specific gravity (hyposalinity = 1.013 - 1018) of the quarantine tank , continuous exposure for at least 28 days to 0.15 to 0.20 ppm copper, ( copper can and may have long-term negative effects) and antibiotic feeding as a preventative against secondary infection. As long as fish is eating, do add vitamins to its food also

Can't do anything if he won't let me catch him..lol. So far my trigger, 2 other tangs, and butterfly good has swam in the trap... But not my PB

It's probably viral lesions. Similar to lympho. It's rare to see lympho on the body of the fish opposed to the fins.

Healthy diet, vitamin supplements, pristine water, and stress free environment are the best you can do at this point.

It might be better to let him be for another day in your display tank. If he still looks as bad take him out.

About 6 months...he was QT for a month. I. Believe I just did prazi and hypo on him in QT.

So this morning looking at him all but the three big ones are all gone already. The one by his gill, one on fin, and another a little further back on his body. But there's r all gone. So Def don't think it's Ich or velvet as he would be getting worse not better.
