Looking at size of dots may be Lymphocystis opposed to ich but im more leaning at Neobendendia flukes.
Is fish breathing normal or rapid?
Is it still eating?
Any darting across tank or flashing?

Breathing appears to be normal. Still eating as like normal. I guess I did notice it swimming around more than usual as opposed to perching on the rocks most of the time

With it breathing normal, you can give it if you feel comfortable a 5 minute freshwater dip to offer temporary relief and treat with Prazi Pro doing the following:
Dose at 85% of recommended and apply initial dosage known as an interval for 8 days, do a water change and do one more 8 day dose interval
Use airstone with prazi as it does reduce both oxygen and appetite

I'm gunna disagree and say that's definitely ich... flukes don't readily show on the body like sharp white dots of salt, they might make the skin look patchy/discolored, especially with cloudy eyes. I don't see any of that.

Yes and reason I recommended 85% to assure no adverse implications. Prazi can take down bristle worms

This looks like ich to me as well - it is fairly common for one fish in a tank to develop the spots (trophonts) before any other fish do. The spots may also come and go on this fish for a time, but if the disease gets revved up, the spots will appear on the other fish and then this one will have spots in ever increasing numbers.

If it were my fish, I would prepare for either a coppersafe treatment or a hyposalinity treatment. Neither can be done with invertebrates present.
