Is this ich on my clown?

I noticed a couple days ago one of my clowns has been showing slight deterioration on his fins almost white looking and upon looking he has white spots on him. How do I go about treating this or you can’t? hes eating and extremely active the other clown looks perfect, i think the ich or whatever it is was added when i put 2 new fish in come to think of it one did have white spots on it and within 2 days both the new fish died.
