Is this ich on my clownfish?

I noticed a couple days ago one of my clowns has been showing slight deterioration on his fins almost white looking and upon looking he has a few white specks on him. Does this look like ich? hes eating and extremely active the other clown looks perfect, i think the ich or whatever it is was added when i put 2 new fish in come to think of it one did have white spots on it and within 2 days both the new fish died.

The white spots are suspicious. The problem is that there are three possible causes. With clownfish, we always think about Brooklynella aka "Clownfish Disease" first. But "Early Stage" Brook can present like Velvet and or Ich.
The rapid deaths of the other fish "can" point toward a rapid killing parasite like Brook or Velvet.

So it will be worth setting up a QT ASAP then?

Treating the fish with a copper product and metro can cover all three of the usual parasites: Brook, velvet, ich.
Doing a freshwater dip and then a 60-90 minute bath in Ruby Reef Rally and then into the QT with copper already predosed 1/4 to 1/2 way to therapeutic level of copper usually works well.
Prefer a "chelated" copper like Copper Power (1st choice) or Coppersafe, and using a Hanna HL Copper Checker to monitor the dosing towards therapeutic level.
